Responsibilities: The primary purpose of this position is to work as part of the MST Team providing therapeutic and case management
services to youth and families using the evidenced-based nine (9) MST Principles. This will be done in accordance
with federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the agency such as Joint
Commission, ODMH, MHRSB, ODADAS, and AAS.

2) Position Available: REACH Program Housing Support Specialist
Program: Crisis Program

Hours of Work: Full-time, Possible Weekends (flexible schedule including days, weekends and evenings on a rotating basis)
Responsibilities: Recovery and Empowerment Achieved with Community and Housing (REACH) - Project REACH is designed to address
the needs of the growing population of chronically homeless individuals presented with severe mental illness or co-
occurring disorders.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide recovery oriented supportive and clinical services and facilitate
permanent housing for clients in the REACH Program. Additionally, this position is responsible for overseeing the
referral, linkage and monitoring process to community-based behavioral healthcare services and assist clients in
securing and retaining permanent housing. Services need to be provided in accordance with federal, state and local
standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the agency such as Joint Commission, ODMH, MHRSB, ODADAS,
and AAS. Must be able and willing to transport clients and maintain valid Ohio driver's license and insurance
requirements.
Qualifications: Knowledge of and/or experience with individuals having mental illness, substance abuse problems, co-occurring
disorders as well as community-based resources and homelessness is preferred. A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology,
Social Work or Human Service field is preferred; however will consider extent of experience in lieu of degree. Prior
experience with housing a plus.

4) Position Available: REACH - SHELTER Team Leader / Counselor

Hours of Work: Full-time (flexible schedule including days, weekends and evenings on a rotating basis)
Responsibilities: Recovery and Empowerment Achieved with Community and Housing (REACH) - Project REACH is designed to address
the needs of the growing population of chronically homeless individuals presented with severe mental illness or co-
occurring disorders.
1) Provide administrative and clinical leadership to members on the REACH and SHELTER Teams through direct
supervision of the Housing Support and Housing Peer Support Specialists on both teams.
2) Provide leadership and oversee the continuous quality improvement duties for the grant and service delivery
model.
3) Attend standing grant-related meetings and establish and maintain professional relationships with community
partners.
4) Complete Diagnostic Assessments, develop person-centered Individual Service Plans (ISP), and complete ISP
Updates/Reviews. Provide individual and group counseling and CPST Services to assigned consumers.
Participate in staff recruitment and orientation, team meetings, and supervision. Coordinate and monitor
related clinical activities of assigned personnel. Assist in the consumer admission and assessment processes,
promote and maintain the teams' philosophies and goals in accordance with the related fidelity models,
integrate Motivational Interviewing into practice, and provide on-call coverage as assigned.
5) Supervise assigned personnel, complete Performance Evaluations, and ensure productivity expectations are
achieved and all required documentation is thoroughly completed per CIRC's guidelines.
6) Must be able and willing to transport clients and maintain valid Ohio driver's license and insurance
requirements.
7) Must possess the skill and competence necessary to establish supportive, trusting relationships with persons
having mental illness, substance abuse issues, and co-occurring disorders.

Qualifications: A Master's Degree and licensure as a LSW or PC in the State of Ohio with a declared scope of practice including
