Crisis Counseling for Children & Adolescents - both crisis intervention and assessment for youth (24 hours a day/7 days a week).

Free Space Program - Suzanne Weick, JD, LSW, Program Manager - women's program for issues of domestic violence, anger management, drug and alcohol abuse.
Home Program - Kathryn Andreozzi, LCDCII, Home Program, Housing Support Specialist - offers access to permanent housing through the Stark Metropolitan Housing Authority Section 8 Voucher Program and up to two (2) years of supportive services via Case Management Services to homeless individuals who may have mental health and/or AoD issues.
S.H.E.L.T.E.R. Program - Trisha Beck, PC/CR, CDCA, Housing Support Specialist - facilitating and maintaining permanent housing for clients who are homeless and have a mental, substance-related, or co-occurring disorder.
Community Education, Consultation, Prevention - Carole Vesely, LSW, Program Manager - speaking engagements, consultation services, suicide prevention activities for groups and individuals.

Survivors - Carole Vesely, LSW, Facilitator - support groups for people who have lost loved ones to suicide.
Community Response Services
First Response Team - Carole Vesely, LSW, Coordinator - provides services Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) to individuals and groups who have been impacted by a traumatic event. The Team follows the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation model for responding to such situations. the Team functions under the following three guidelines: 1) Critical incident Stress Management (CISM) is not psychotherapy and services provided by the First Response Team should be considered "emotional first aid"; 2) the Team operates under the belief that those individuals that were impacted are "normal" and are reacting to exposure to an abnormal circumstance; and 3) the role of the First Response Team is to help individuals normalize their experience in an effort to allow them to return to their pre-event level of function as soon as possible.

Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) - Julie Higgins, MA, Program Manager - Active July 1, 2004. The ACTT Program, based on the Dartmouth model, provides on-going intensive and comprehensive community services to clients with a history of severe mental illness. The program assists clients in their efforts towards personal recovery
Multi-Systemic Therapy - Monica Miller, LISW-S, Program Manager - brief, intensive home-based treatment for severe and chronic adolescent offenders. Treatment for severe and chronic adolescent offenders and other high risk behaviors. Core interventions are created to support parents/caregivers on managing their youth in the home and community."
Substance Abuse Mental Illness Team (SAMI) - Greg Emanuelson , Ph.D., PCC-S, Program Director - community-based treatment for individuals with the co-occurring diagnosis of substance abuse and mental illness based on the Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment (IDDT) evidence based practice model.

Insanity" or "Incompetent to Stand Trial - Unrestorable - Continuing Criminal Court Jurisdiction" who
reside at Heartland Behavioral Healthcare or in the community.
